On-brand packaging made easy

Packhelp was created to help small and medium businesses design the packaging they deserve. With low minimum order values, high-quality finishes, and an intuitive online editor, they make custom packaging available to everyone looking to offer a unique unboxing experience for their brand.

As Brand Director for Packhelp, my role was to manage the Brand Squad for 1.5 years. This team was responsible for crafting multiple industry-specific campaigns, building an engaged community of users (we grew Packhelp’s Instagram following from 43k to 66k during my tenure) and strengthening Packhelp’s position as a leading packaging marketplace in Europe.

When I arrived at Packhelp in May of 2022, the company was already undergoing a series of major business changes that were shaking up its strategic foundations. The new reality required a brand strategy that would encompass the updated portfolio and target additional audiences while maintaining a consistent direction for the company as they grew.

I was given the responsibility of identifying the key brand-related challenges Packhelp was facing, as well as crafting and executing an action plan to address them. We partnered with a London-based agency to help gather key insights and guide us through the process.    

The new strategy development began with a set of internal interviews and exploration sessions. We revised the mission and vision of Packhelp to combine its core spirit with its new ambitions, working together to better understand what the new value proposition was– and what it would mean for each of the stakeholders.  

During the process, we identified possibility as the guiding principle of everything that Packhelp does. It’s future-facing, dynamic, and represents the opportunities that packaging can create for brands. It’s a starting point for growth, unique customer experiences – or even additional revenue streams.

Packhelp’s new brand strategy will officially be launched and implemented in 2024.
